Win an OnePlus phone competition terms and conditions

1. This giveaway starts on Wednesday 21st February (2pm GMT) to Tuesday 27th February  (23:59 GMT), both dates inclusive. The promoter is SB Social Media UK Ltd (“Supercar Blondie”), with its registered address at 124 Finchley Road, London, United Kingdom, NW3 5JS.  Only entries as defined below received by Supercar Blondie during the giveaway period are eligible to participate in the giveaway. 

2. Participation in the giveaway is free and voluntary. It is open to everyone aged 18 years and above. The winners must locate in the below countries or have an address in these countries, due to the logistics requirements: United States, Canada, India, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Poland, Finland, Lativia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Czech, Estonia, Greece & Hungary.

3. By participating in this giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as published on the website of the Company. You represent and warrant that all details you have provided are true, accurate and complete.

4. Supercar Blondie reserves the right to withdraw, discontinue or terminate this Giveaway or amend any of its Terms and Conditions at its absolute discretion.

5. In case of any suspected misconduct, fraud, abuse, or breach of the Terms and Conditions, Supercar Blondie reserves the right to reject/refuse any entries to the giveaway, cancel/alter/reverse any rewards or promotional incentives, and/or withdraw the eligibility of any participants, at its absolute discretion, without prior notice or liability to any person. Supercar Blondie further reserves the right to disqualify or reject any participant at any stage of the Giveaway without any notice with reasonable justification. 

6. Supercar Blondie’s decision or resolution regarding the award of all prizes, disqualification of any participant and/or in every situation including any not covered by these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants of the Giveaway. Supercar Blondie is not obliged to address or respond to any queries, challenges, or appeals made against the Company’s decision pertaining to this Giveaway.

GIVEAWAY DETAILS

7. The giveaway will be posted on Supercar Blondie’s official Instagram page.

8. To be eligible, participants are required to do the following during the giveaway Period:

i. Like the Instagram post

ii. Follow @supercarblondie and @oneplus_europe Instagram account

iii. Comment on this post and tag 3 friends!

9. Handles submitted will be verified. Following us with a fake or sub account(s) will not be considered as a valid referral.

10. Each participant can only submit one (1) entry to the giveaway. For the avoidance of doubt, if a participant submits multiple entries to the giveaway, only the first valid entry will be eligible for the giveaway.

11. An entry will only be valid if it has been posted successfully to the giveaway post and the entry always remains visible to the public during the giveaway period.

12. A total of 10  eligible participants will be selected randomly as the winner at the end of the giveaway period in accordance with clause 8.

PRIZE

13. The prize for the competition will be five (5) OnePlus 12 (16 GB RAM + 512 GB Storage) and five (5) OnePlus 12R (16 GB RAM + 256 GB Storage). 10 winners will be randomly assigned to win one (1) OnePlus 12 or one (1) OnePlus 12R. The value of the prize may be found on oneplus.com.

14. At the end of the giveaway, 10 winners who met the conditions outlined in clause 8 will be selected at random and awarded the prize stated in clause 13. The prize will be provided in the form of redemption code, which is redeemable on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app within the territories stated in clause 2, and while stocks last. The redemption code is valid for 3 months upon receipt.

15. Supercar Blondie will announce the winners of the giveaway in an Instagram story from the  Supercar Blondie (@supercarblondie) account within 15 working days from the end of the giveaway. Please find more information on the Privacy Policy of Supercar Blondie at https://supercarblondie.com/privacy-policy/

16. The winners will be notified by a message from Supercar Blondie’s Instagram account. The redemption code will send directly to the winner’s Instagram account after winner selection. By entering this giveaway and submitting any other personal data, participants are expressly consenting to the processing of their personal data, such as account name, by Supercar Blondie. Winners are solely responsible for providing accurate personal information as per requirements. The information collected will be used only for the purpose of this giveaway.

17. If the winner’s Instagram account is private, Supercar Blondie will request to follow the winner’s account and the winner has 48 hours to accept this request. If the winner fails to reply within 48 hours then Supercar Blondie will select another winner. 

18. Supercar Blondie will send a message to the potential winner asking for their address and the potential winner has 48 hours to confirm this. If the potential winner fails to reply within 48 hours then Supercar Blondie will select another winner.

19. No payment or compensation of any kind will be made for any unclaimed, uncollected, misplaced, or stolen prize(s).

20. The winners will be required to provide all information requested in order for the prize to be fulfilled. Winners are solely responsible for providing accurate personal information as per requirements. The information collected will be used only for the purpose of this giveaway.

21. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash.

22. Each eligible participant is limited to one (1) prize only.

23. All prizes are not guaranteed and subject to availability. In the event that any prize under this giveaway is unavailable or unable to be delivered, Supercar Blondie reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute or replace the prize with an alternate item of similar value or trading credit worth at least 80% of the estimated value of the prize or reward in concern.

24.The participant agrees that any tax or another charge payable in conjunction with the prize is the sole responsibility of the participant unless otherwise required by the applicable law.
