This touchless self-service car wash can clean more than 100 vehicles a day, with nobody required to roll up their sleeves.

Created by Chinese company, CBK Wash, the CBK308 is being touted as the ‘ultimate’ car wash solution.

The company estimates it cleans one car every five minutes.

The benefits of an automatic car wash

“It Intelligently detects the three-dimensional size of the car, intelligently detect the three-dimensional size of the vehicle and clean it according to the size of the vehicle,” their website reads.

Among the other benefits, it notes that the technology separates the water and foam, has a high pressure water pump and adjusts the distance between the mechanical arm and the car.

A complete 360 degree rotation wash takes just a minute to complete.

Not even the underbody is neglected, as water is sprayed upwards to clean the hard-to-reach spots.

Heralded as the ‘secret to a spotless car’, it’s no wonder CBK Wash are the largest manufacturer of car wash equipment in China.

How do drivers feel about a touchless car wash?

Drivers shared their reactions on the company’s YouTube page.

“There is seriously something really satisfying about watching this over and over again I don’t what is,” one commenter wrote.

“It looks like it doesn’t waste a lot of water. Looks pretty cool and quick,” another said.

One thing’s for sure – all drivers want a clean and hassle free wash, whether it’s provided by a machine or the old fashioned way with a sponge.

But one driver ended up having his Range Rover destroyed when he took it to the car show.

Shocking footage showed the moment his tailgate opened mid-wash, leaving the trunk exposed.

The rollers then proceeded to bend the tailgate upwards, causing it to bend and fold over.

That has got to hurt – going in for a quick wash and leaving with a pricey repair bill.
