This Canadian man was brought to tears when his colleague gave him a generous gift – a brand-new Porsche GT4.

The heartwarming video was shared by Dan Martell to his Instagram followers.

In it, Martell’s business partner, Sam Gaudet is seen reacting emotionally to the Porsche.

The Porsche that brought a man to tears

Martell heaped praise on his younger colleague in the caption shared alongside the moving clip: “Earned!!! Sam Gaudet you’re a 1 of 1.

“My business partner. Creative director. Training partner and big brother to my boys.

“You’re… Always down for the mission. 6 years of non stop dedication. Selfless AF! Always puts others first. Never stops growing.

“I had a hard time holding it back. Love you brother! Enjoy your new whip.”

It helps that Gaudet’s new Porsche is one that was on his phone’s lockscreen.

Martell is all about making dreams come true.

In the video, he goes even further and applauds Gaudet’s work ethic and dedication to the team at Martell Ventures.

He said: “[Sam] puts everybody else first.

“Every time I want to give him a raise, every time I’ve said ‘Hey Sam, I want you to make more money’, you know what he says?

“‘Let’s give it to the team’.

“Every time I’ve said ‘Hey man, I need you to be rich’, he’s said ‘I’m here to learn, not earn’.

“I remember the first time he told me how much money he’d saved up, it blew my mind.

“And he bought a house, because that’s the kind of guy he is. He would never do this for himself.”

After he hands Gaudet the keys to his new car, the two embrace in a hug.

The internet reacts to a moving gift

Needless to say, it wasn’t only Gaudet feeling a little misty-eyed.

Followers headed to the comments section to heap praise upon the two friends.

“Hard work always pays off!” one commented.

Another admitted: “This brought tears to my eyes!”

Martell can recognize the value of hard work – he went from spending time in jail and rehab as a teenager to being the owner of his own company.

Martell Ventures is a portfolio of companies that makes over $100 million in revenue.

If Gaudet is anything like the man he’s working alongside, he’s got a bright future ahead of him.

This isn’t the first time that somebody has used a car to express their appreciation.

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson gave cars to not only his dad, but his uncle too, to express his gratitude for their guidance and support.

It’s certainly a step above a gift card.
