The most expensive home ever sold in Dubai has gone for $76.2 million (280 million dirhams).

Making its home on the Palm Jumeriah, this sprawling mega-mansion features 10 bedrooms, seven-star spa facilities, a hair salon (yes, you read that right) and an indoor swimming pool across 3065 square metres.

It also comes with a sauna, steam room and massage room fitted out imported Italian marble.

But what may be the best part is that it comes with more than 70 metres of private beachfront.

If that’s not enough, the luxe home has its own basement wine cellar and rooftop terrace that overlooks the Atlantis and the stunning Dubai skyline.

The incredible views can also be enjoyed from inside the custom-built mansion with its large floor-to-ceiling windows.

The staggering property was sold off-market by Conor McKay (on Instagram @luxurypropertydubai) of Belleview Real Estate.

“The property fetched such a premium price because of the outstanding attention to detail throughout, along with it being one of very few properties of this size located on the beach on Palm Jumeriah,” McKay told SupercarBlondie.com.

The real estate agent believes the most striking features of the property are “the outdoor swimming pool and spa facilities”.

McKay told Alarabiya News the local market saw growth in 2021 because of the government’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“While we experienced a very strict lockdown, within six weeks Dubai had one of the most comprehensive testing infrastructures globally, allowing life to return to normal almost immediately,” McKay said.

“This response saw an influx of high-net-worth individuals from overseas.

“Combine that with an already undervalued property market and the result is the explosive growth we witnessed last year.”

For comparison, the most expensive property listed in London currently is worth $85 million and in New York its a penthouse for $169 million.
