Land Rover is teaming up with Virgin Galactic to send one lucky contest winner into space.

Uniquely, you don’t have to buy a new Land Rover to be in running to win a flight into space costing roughly $450k.

The contest is open to new and current vehicle owners over 18 years old.

“Land Rover owners love adventure, and we are pleased to offer them a chance to win the greatest adventure of the 21st Century: a once-in-a-lifetime trip to space with Virgin Galactic,” Jaguar Land Rover North America CEO Joe Eberhardt said.

“Land Rover and Virgin Galactic share a spirit for innovation and exploration, and now together we are offering our owners the adventure of a lifetime.”

“Virgin Galactic and Land Rover have built a strong partnership rooted in pushing boundaries and reaching for the unexplored,” Virgin Galactic President & Chief Business Officer Blair Rich said.

“Our spaceflight experience is unmatched and we’re proud to work with Land Rover to deliver this awe-inspiring journey to one of their valued customers.”

To enter the contest, visit LandRoverAdventureofaLifetime.com.

On the site you will register with personal information including the last 8 digits of your Vehicle Identification Number (“VIN”) and there are a few ways to obtain entries once you sign up.

Signing up to receive more information about Land Rover will get you 1 entry, ordering a new vehicle will get you 50 entries, and the purchase, finance, or lease of a new vehicle will net you 100 entries.

In addition to the space flight, there are also 10 prize winners with a retail value of up to $500.00 and five prizes with a retail value of up to $1,000.00.

According to the contest rules, entries will be accepted through June 20, 2022, and the grand prize winner will be announced on or about August 15, 2022.
