If classic cars are your happy place then bringing them into your luxury home is a no-brainer – especially if you have $2 million plus to invest in your petrolhead fantasy.

This home seller from Ardmore near Papakura, New Zealand, did exactly that and shares his lounge with his sports car collection.

The four-bedroom, two-bathroom home also boasts enough undercover parking for 20 vehicles for the rest of your fleet.

In fact, half of the 530 sqm home is garaging – and the Auckland lifestyle property has car enthusiasts all revved up.

LJ Hooker listing agent, Dylan Turner told OneRoof that it was the most undercover parking he had ever come across in his 29 years of real estate – and the first one he’d seen with cars in the lounge.

Whether you’re looking to fix or store classic cars from home, or simply enjoy them – they’re inviting interest from $2 million.

The circular design with a central courtyard and tunnel beside a double carport, conveniently allows cars to be driven directly into the garages or lounges.

The stunning luxury home was built by an engineer on a 5000 sqm lifestyle section in 1994 and he coined it his “car utopia”.

It allowed him to mix work and pleasure for 30 years, working from home and storing his classic car collection where he could enjoy it.

And it seems that storing cars where you can see them is a big thing for the super wealthy – like the luxurious Porsche Tower that has a supercar elevator inside and the ultra-wealthy’s ultimate supercar storage solution that treats cars like art.

“You’ve got the room – I mean what else?” Turner said.

“You could use it as a rumpus room … It’s got big double French doors from the courtyard so really easy to drive your car straight into the lounge and put it on dollies or wheel jacks.”

And if you fancy taking the classic cars outside, there’s a farmers market and beaches within a 20-minute drive.

It’s not the first time luxury and classic cars have been used to lure buyers in for a luxury home sale.

This multi-million dollar Tahoe estate is being sold with a Tesla Cybertruck and a luxury UK mansion owner parked a $4.2 million Ferrari in their living room.
