MrBeast is finally active on X and it’s beginning to pay off.

So much so, his latest post on Elon Musk’s platform has actually set a new record.

After some initial resistance, MrBeast recently agreed to upload his first piece of content on X.

He uploaded one of his most recent and most popular YouTube videos and it paid off, in the literal sense of the expression, big time.

The world’s most popular YouTuber shared his earnings from the video and it turns out he actually made more on X then he had with the same video on YouTube.

MrBeast, who famously sometimes does expensive giveaways for his high-budget videos, decided to give 10 random people on X $25,000.

“I’m gonna give 10 random people that repost this and follow me $25,000 for fun,” he wrote.

Around 17 hours later, MrBeast shared another post on X when he realized his previous post had set a record for the most reposts on the platform.

The original post was viewed 152.8 million times and reposted 3.9 million times at the time of writing.

That’s mind-blowing but then again, perhaps we shouldn’t be surprised.

After finally overtaking PewDiePie as the world’s most subscribed individual YouTuber, MrBeast’s channel has been growing rapidly, and his popularity increased as a result.

He even managed to end up on Forbes‘ cover, with a caption that says it all.

“Could MrBeast be the first YouTuber billionaire?” the caption read.

We’ll probably find out sooner rather than later.
