Sikh billionaire known for matching turbans to Rolls-Royces bought five Cullinans in one go

Reuben Singh aka the ‘British Bill Gates’, is a UK-based Indian billionaire who has a celebrated Rolls-Royce car collection – and he’s a particular fan of the Rolls-Royce Cullinan.

Following racist abuse, the flamboyant entrepreneur undertook what he labeled the Rolls-Royce Turban Challenge, which went viral and involved matching the shade of his turban to his car.

But even though his love for the British luxury car manufacturer is well documented, he took everyone by surprise when the private equity entrepreneur purchased five Rolls-Royce Cullinan cars in one go.

According to GQ India, Singh purchased the Rolls-Royce Cullinan fleet to celebrate Diwali in November 2021.

Per Britannica: “Diwali [is] one of the major religious festivals in Hinduism, Jainism, and Sikhism, lasting for five days from the 13th day of the dark half of the lunar month Ashvina to the second day of the light half of the lunar month Karttika.”

He called it his ‘Festival of Light’ collection and the cars in shades of saffron, red, sapphire, ruby, and emerald add a splash of color to his already color-coordinated garage.

Singh singled out the saffron or ‘Kesari’ finish to post on Instagram because, in his own words, ‘it’s the color of Sikhs’.

He spoke about it as a tribute to his heritage and an expression of doing what’s right for himself.

The entrepreneur refers to himself as a ‘proud British Sikh’, saying that his faith makes him stronger.

He also bought six new Rolls-Royces in one go, which he calls ‘The Jewels Collection’, bringing his grand total to 15.

And while he shows off his luxury car collection to inspire others, it’s not just Rolls-Royces that he has a penchant for.

His enviable car collection also includes a Lamborghini Huracán, a Ferrari F12 Berlinetta, and a Porsche 918 Spyders per GQ India.

No doubt he’ll also have his eye on the Lamborghini Huracan successor that’s arriving soon and touted to be ‘so much better’ than a regular one.
